    乙酰甲胺磷作为一种高效低毒的杀虫剂在我国及国外市场具有良好的前景。乙酰甲胺磷合成新技术以甲胺磷为原料,经乙酰化反应、结晶、萃取、精制结晶等过程,得乙酰甲胺磷原粉及乳油。相对于原有工艺,乙酰甲胺磷合成新技术具有以下两个特点:其一是原有工艺通过中和的方法去除乙酰化反应过程产生的醋酸,造成大量有机磷废水的排放,新技术通过萃取的方法去除醋;其二是新技术相对原有工艺收率大大提高,新技术总收率达95%,乙酰甲胺磷晶体收率达80%,而原有工艺总收率只有80%,乙酰甲胺磷晶体收率75%左右。该项技术通过了工业生产试验,并申请两项国家专利。 Acephate(O, S-dimethyl N-acethyl phosphoramidothioates), a kind of great-effect and low-poison pesticide, has a bright future on markets home and abroad.Methamidophos(O,S-dimethyl N-acethyl phosphoramidothioa-tes) is used as raw material in this new technique of acephate synthesis, and acephate crystal and emulsified oil are obtained through acetylation, crystallization, extraction and with extra crytallization. Compared with the present technique, the new technique of acephate synthesis has two advantages. First, in the present technique, the acetic acid that is produced during acetylation is removed by neutralization, which causes a great deal of organic phosphide wastewater emission. But the method of extraction is used to remove the acetic acid in this new technique. Second, The yield of this new technique is much higher than the present one. The yield of total process and acephate crystal of this new technique is over 95 percent and 80 percent respectively, and the present technique is only 80 percent and about 75 percent respectively.This new technique of acephate synthesis is applied to industrial scale successfully, and it has applied two patents in China.
