改性聚己内酯(PCL)完全生物降解材料是一种具有环境相容性特征的高科技新材料。是采用先进的控制聚合技术合成具有一定分子量分布的聚己内酯和完全生物降解母料,良好的相容性确保了改性PCL能掺入多种类高比例高分子材料,降低了母料的成本。能广泛应用于工农业包装,一次性餐饮具等领域。其经济效益,社会环保效益显著。该项目技术属国内首创,被列为国家科技部火炬计划项目,现已通过中试生产阶段,正准备进入全面开发的工业化大生产阶段。 The total biological dissolved Polycaprolactone (PCL), compounded with advanced dominating getting-together techniques, distributed with molecular weight, is an advanced science-technology material with the feature of interdissolvation with environment, and aleo a total biological main-material.Good inter-dissolvation can ensure dissolved PCL to compound with various high-proportion and high-molecule materials, so as to reduse the cost in the production of main-materials. These products can be widely used in the fields of the industrial and agricultural wrappage, and table-ware used once only etc. And the benefit in economy and society can be notable.The item technique, originates from the nation, is arranged as a torching plan in the State’s Science and Technology Ministry. Now the products have pass the middle-scaple experiment period, and will step into the overall industrial development.
