本专利——高含氧大输液配料装置及配制方法，是将物理溶氧技术与传统大输液的生产工艺流程融为一体，生产出的高含氧医用液体，其氧分压（PO2）＝85～110kPa，即每500ml可含物理溶解氧170ml。
失血性休克、急慢性心脑血管缺血缺氧性疾病、障碍性呼吸性疾病、神经内外科等疾病的治疗和预防，另外，在战争环境、突发性灾害、突发性卫生事件等出现大批量病员的情况下，高含氧医用液体能方便、快捷地供氧和补充血液循环。
本专利技术方案构思巧妙、新颖，尤其对促进医学临床各科的技术进步与提高大输液产品附加值具有重要意义，经前期研制及I期临床、自愿者静脉内供氧，临床疗效确切，适用范围广，使用安全无毒副作用；保质期二年，常规储存，运输安全。
高含氧系列产品，通过中间体、成品质控、室温留样稳定性考察、药品检验项目等检验，其抗原、细菌培养、细菌内毒素、5-羟甲基糖醛、钾、钠、氯、钙、PH值、澄明度等各项指标，均符合《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版通则中对大容量注射液的质量标准。
目前国内外未见同类技术和产品销售，缺血缺氧性疾病是临床常见病、多发病，该产品会具有广阔的市场前景和良好的社会经济效益。产品性质稳定，常规贮存，运输安全，保质期2年。
本专利项目适用于取得国家GMP认证的大输液制剂企业，经技术改造可进行规模化生产。

Item Introduction

There is no such kind of productions or technology available on both domestic and overseas market, but there is a great demand for it. For example, an annual sale of 0.3 billion bottles (sacks) only accounts for only 6%in china, and of medical field 1% in the world. Its investment accounts return a high rate of interests. It has broad market possibilities and will yield good economic and social returns.

The Patent-the devices and methods of preparation of oxygen enriched pyrogen Transfusion is to combine physical oxygen-dissolving with traditional hydrogen transfusion together and produce medical liquid with high oxygen content, in with PO2 =83～110kpa ,i.e .There is 170ml dissolved oxygen in every 500ml liquid.

It can help prevent and treat such diseases as: haemerrhagic shock ,acute or choronic hypoxic cerebro-vascular and cerebro-vascular diseases、disordered respiratory diseases and physical or surgical neural diseases. Also such oxygen-enriched medical liquid is an efficient and convenient way to provide oxygen and help blood circulation, if there are a great number of patients at a time because of war, uncontrollable disasters and unexpected sanitary accidents.
The technological proposal of this patent is well designed and creative. Especially it is of great theoretical and practical significance. For instance, it can improve the clinical practice and enhance its subsidiary value. Through the front-end development, the 1st period of clinic and intravenous ventilation by volunteers, we find it has outstanding curative effects and wide application.
We have made a succession of tests: testing the intermediates, making the quality control of finished products, observing the stability in the indoor temperature and checking the medicines etc. and we find that each index of the oxygen-enriched hyrogen transfusion: antigetic, bacteria-culture, endotoxia, 5HMF, Ka, Na, CL, Ca, PH value and so on, matches the Quality Standards for large-capacity injection, prescribed in the General Principles in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 2000.
The patent applies to all those Transfusion Companies and Enterprises that have got the Certificate of GMP, and they are entitled to manufacture it on a large scale after technological transformation.
